If Tax does not calculate on Sale Rate in Retail billing then how to resolve this issue in Marg Software?
In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Tax Retail”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Tax Retail' window will appear.
- In 'Gst for retail invoice if Gst on excl/incl sale rate' option, the user will select 'Default'.
- The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the tax will get calculated on Sale Rate in Retail billing.
