• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Add Cost'.

• The user will now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Add Cost' window will appear.

• In ‘Others Add/Less effect on Item Cost Yes/Qty Wise/No/Only Cost’ the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'Esc' key twice.

• Then to save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’

By following the above steps, the user can set to other charges effect on item cost.

• Suppose we are creating a purchase bill with new batch '9999'.

• Now save the changes by pressing 'CTRL+W' key with freight charges Rs 100.

• Now the user can view the software has added the other head charges into the item's cost.
