Cause:

This issue appears when the user has selected 'No' in Non working ledger/Non working items on Carry Balance window at the time of creating new financial year.

Solution:

In order to transfer All Ledgers and Items, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Carry Balance.

• A ‘Carry Balance’ window will appear.

• In order to carry the balance from the last to new financial year then click on ‘Yes’.

• A ‘Carry Options’ window will appear. 

• In 'Carry Non working Party' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• In 'Non working Items' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then press 'Page Down' key and click on 'Yes' to start carrying ledger and items from the last financial year.

After following the above steps, the All Ledgers and Items will get transferred in the New Financial Year in Marg Software.
