In Marg ERP Software, the user can transfer the balance from previous financial year to current financial year with the help of Carry balance option. However, if the user needs to disable the Carry balance option for the selected financial year then user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select 'Search in all'.

• The user will search 'Carry' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Carry Balance allowed in this financial year' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key twice.

• Click on 'Yes' button to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Carry Balance Option will get disabled in Current Financial Year in Marg ERP Software.
