In Marg ERP Software, the user can transfer balance from previous financial year to current financial year with the help of Carry balance option. However, if the user needs to disable the Carry balance option for selected financial year then follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.
  

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Carry Balance'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Carry balance' window will appear.

• In ‘Carry Balance allowed in this financial year’ option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following he above steps,  now after selecting the Carry Balance Option a pop-up will appear ‘Close in Setup’ will show in current financial year.
