In Marg ERP Software, if "You are not authorised to use this option" alert appears while opening cheque dishonored, then this issue can be resolved easily.

In Order to resolve "You are not authorised to use this option" alert, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator for which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’ option

• The user will search 'Cheque dishonored' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In Cheque Dishonored/Advance option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear, and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view the "You are not authorized to use this option" alert in Cheque dishonored entry will be resolved in Marg ERP Software.
