In Marg Software with the help of this option, the user can set to show only single or specific Company for a specific operator or user as per the requirement.

In order to set User wise Company, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'A'.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Company' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

A 'Company' window will appear.

In 'Few Company S-Branch Code Y-Extensions  N-All' option, the user will select options as per the requirement.

a. S-Branch Code: Select option to give power for selected Company Branch.

b. Y-Extensions: Select option to give power for selected Extension of company.

c. N-All: Select option to give power for All Companies.

Suppose select 'N'.

• In 'Allowed for Extensions [First Chr]' option, the user will mention the extension of that company which needs to be Allow for the user.

• Suppose mention 'DO1' of Marg Jewellers.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen of the software. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, only Marg Jeweller Company will get display for the selected user in Marg Software.
