With the help of this option, the user can hide the selected company for a specific operator as per the requirement. In order to hide company for the user, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Company' .

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Company' window will appear.

• In 'Few Company S-Branch Code Y-Extensions  N-All' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• In 'NOT Allowed for Extensions [First Chr]' option, the user will mention the extension of that company whose needs to be hide for the user. Click here to view Extension of the company.

• Suppose mention 'COI' of Marg Jewellery Company.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Again Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' on the main screen of the software. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the Marg Jewellery Company will be hide for the selected user.
