Process to Ban Created By Details From The Dashboard for User

Overview : In Marg, a user can view the details of bills like when the bill was created by which user and at what time. Now if, super user wants that sub user will not allow viewing the details of created bill then the super user can disable from user power also by following below steps:

Firstly, Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

A Password & Authority window will appear.

Select the user to make changes. Then Press Enter.

A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

A Powers window will appear in which the user will search "Voucher”.

Now click on ‘Accept’.

A Stock Add Less window will appear.

In ‘Voucher Checking/Passing Authority’ the user will set ‘No’.

The user will now press Esc key.

Again press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

A Pop-Up will appear “Powers Change” and then the user will press ESC key.

Press  Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’.

Now for Re- login the user will press Ctrl + U on the main screen. 

A Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password. 

A Change User window will appear in which the user will press ESC Key.

By following the above mentioned steps created by details will ban for the selected user.
