How to feed State Code of company in Marg Software ?

In order to feed state code of company, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, click on the 'Exit' button on the Main screen of the software or press 'Alt+X'.

• A 'List of Companies' window will appear.

• Press 'F3' function key on the selected company of which state code needs to be mentioned.

• Then a 'Company Alteration' window will appear.

• In 'State' field, the user will mention the code of the state as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '07-Delhi'.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the details.
