How to feed State Code of company in Marg Software ?

In order to feed state code of company, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, click on the 'Exit' button on the Main screen of the software or press 'Alt+X'.
- A 'List of Companies' window will appear.
- Press 'F3' function key on the selected company of which state code needs to be mentioned.
- Then a 'Company Alteration' window will appear.
- In 'State' field, the user will mention the code of the state as per the requirement.
- Suppose mention '07-Delhi'.
- Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the details.
