• On the main screen of software, the user will press 'Alt+X' key.

• A 'List Of Companies' window will appear in which the user will press 'F3' key on selected company. 

• Suppose select 'Demo Pharma Distribution'.

Now, 'Company Alteration' window will appear.

Select the desired type of tax structure from the drop-down list beside the Tax Structure option. There are two types of tax structure, which are as follows:

a) Bill Wise: This option is selected when the tax is imposed on the total amount of the bill.

b) Product Wise: This option is selected when the tax is imposed on the basis of product.

Suppose select 'Product wise'.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After follow the above mentioned steps, the user can change the tax structure of particular company.
