In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Creating New Financial Year an alert appears 'You are not authorised to use this option' then it can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve error 'You Are Not Authorised to use this Option', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Create Financial' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In ‘Create New Financial Year’ option, the user will select ‘Y’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers' Change Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Create New Financial Year in Marg ERP Software.
