Process of Comparisons in Marg ERP Software

OVERVIEW OF COMPARISONS IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

The user can easily compare the transactions made by each ledger/account.

PROCESS OF COMPARISONS IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Firstly, go to Final Reports >> Comparisons.

• A 'Comparison' window will appear.

• Now in ‘Ledger/Group’, the user will select whether to compare ledger or group.

• Suppose, select ‘Ledger’ then press 'Enter'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Ledger’, .

• The user will now select the first ledger for data comparison.

• Suppose, select ‘Pankaj Pvt Ltd.’.

• Then in ‘Compare For’,the user will select the base for the comparison from the drop down.

• Suppose, the user needs to compare for Debit-Credit then select ‘Debit-Credit’.

• Now in ‘Year’, the user will select the year for the comparison.

• Suppose, the user selects ‘Last Year’.

• Again, in ‘Ledger/Group’, the user will select whether to compare ledger or group.

• Suppose, select ‘Ledger’ .

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Ledger’, 

• The user will now select the second ledger for data comparison.

• Suppose, select ‘Pankaj Pvt Ltd.’.

• Then in ‘Compare For’, the user will select the base for the comparison from the drop down.

• Suppose, the user wants to compare for Debit Credit then the user will select ‘Debit-Credit’.

• Now in ‘Year’ the user will select the second year for the comparison.

• Suppose, the user select ‘Last Year’.

• A 'Comparison Statement' window will appear.

• The user can now view of comparison statement of both the ledgers.
