If 'No ledger found' error displays at the time of creating a Conversion entry then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Ans.1

If at the time of creating Conversion Entry Software displays an alert of 'No ledger found' then this issue can be resolved.

Cause

This alert appears when the user has not created the manufacturer's ledger in the software.

In order to create manufacturer's ledger, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > New Ledger. 

  • An 'Under Group' window will appear .
  • Now user will 'Enter' on 'Sundry Creditors Manufacturers A/C'.

  • A 'Create Ledger' window will appear.
  • Now user will mention here Ledger Name and mention necessary details as per the requirement .
  • Press 'Ctrl+ W' to save the details .

After following the above steps the alert of 'No Ledger Found' will not appear at the time of creating Conversion Entry.

Note:-Firstly user needs to take backup before use this option.

1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification > Direct Command.

2. A 'Direct Command' window will be appear > Enter here password .

3. A 'Command' window will be appear > Enter command 'SELE ORDER' press 'Enter' key. and then type 'Brows'.

4. An 'Order file' will be open > The user will mention 'SCode' of 'Production Department' 'D34'  > press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user needs to run File Maintenance.
