If software shows an alert of 'Ledger not Found' at the time of creating conversion entry then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

Cause

This error appears due to user has not created any Ledger of Manufacturer in the software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to create the ledger of Manufacturer in the software by following the above steps: 

  • Go to Masters > Ledger Master > New Ledger.

  • An 'Under Group' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Sundry Creditor (Manufacturer A/C).

  • A 'Create Ledger' window will appear.
  • Now, the user will  mention the details of the ledger as per the requirement then press 'CTRL+W' key to save the details.

After following the above steps, the ledger of manufacturer will get displayed at the time of creating Conversion entry.
