At the time of creating conversion entry, software shows alert ‘You are not authorised to use this option’ in Marg Software ?

• In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of creating Conversion Entry an error displays ‘You are not authorized to use this option' then this issue can be resolved.

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Challan”.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A Challan window will appear

• In 'Challan entry required' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can easily create conversion entry.

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Series”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• A Series window will appear

• In “Auto series for .Change this option to ”Y”.

• Series on bases of Party Tin No./ Series Setup---"P".

•  Default Series for Gst Invoice [Credit]---"T".

•  Default Series for Retail Invoice [Credit]---"R".

• Auto series selection only on Sales-S / Sale+Retun-R / All-A---"S".

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
