In Marg Software, if the user needs to Copy Control Room Setup from One firm to Another firm then it can be resolved easily.

In order to Copy Control Room Setup, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: The user will firstly enter on that company which require a copy Setup.

• Go To Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Copy > Setup/Ledger & Item Masters.

• A 'Change Company' window will appear.

• The user will select that company whose Setup needs to be copy.

• Suppose select 'Chemist Distribution'.

• A 'Copy' window will appear.

• In 'Copy Setup', the user will select 'Yes'. Press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can Copy Control Room Setup from One Firm to Another Firm in Marg Software. 

Note: Firtly, the user needs to copy Marg Folder then follow the below mentioned steps. 

1. 'Right Click' on Marg Icon created on Desktop and click on ‘Open File Location’.

2. Now the Data Base files of the software will appear. The user will search the ‘Data’ folder and open it.

3. The user will search 'Slipno' file (Select the Extension from which company Settings needs to Copy).

4. Now, the user will copy the file and paste on Desktop.

5. The user will Change Extension in the File Name. (Mention the Extension of the company in which Settings needs to copy).

6. Now the user will again go to Data Folder of Marg and paste the renamed file.

7. An alert of 'Replace or Skip this file' will appear. Click on 'Replace the file on the destination'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Control Room Settings will get copy from One firm to Another Firm in Marg Software.
