In order to Copy All Ledgers and Items from One Company to Another One in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: Firstly, the user needs to enter in that company in which the user needs to copy ledger and items.

• Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Copy > Setup/Ledger & Item Masters.

• A 'Change Company' window will appear in which user will select that company from which the user needs to copy ledger and items then press 'Enter' on it.

• Suppose select 'Marg Pharma Distribution'.

• Thereafter, a 'Copy' window will appear.

• In 'Ledger Master', the user will select 'Yes'.

• In 'Item Master', the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then press 'Enter' on it.

After following the above steps, the all ledgers and items will be copied from the selected company.
