• Go to Report > Management Report > Utilities > Copy  > Export My Database Mobile No. 

The user will select the filters as per the requirement.

a. F. Year: The user will select the financial year whose data needs to be exported.

 This Company Only: Select this if the user needs to export only this year data.

 All Current Year: Select this if the user needs to export all current years' data of all companies.

 All Years: The user will select this option if export all years' data.

b. File Name: The user can enter the location where they want to save the file.

c. Detail: The user will select 'Yes' to export data in detail otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

The user will click on 'Accept' button.

After following the above steps, the user can export all mobile numbers to the selected directory path in Marg ERP Software.
