• Go to Report > Management Report > Utilities > Copy  > Export My Database Mobile No. 

An 'Export Mobile' window will appear.

A. F. Year: The user will select the financial year whose data need to be exported.

1. This Company Only: Select this if user need to export only this year data.

2. All Current Year: Select his if user needs to export all current years data of all companies.

3. All Years: Select this if user needs to export All years data.

B. File Name: It will auto pick the path of the file where the file will be saved.

C. Detail: The user will select 'Yes' to export data in detail otherwise keep the option 'No'.

The user will click on 'Accept'.

After following the above steps, the  user can export mobile number into the excel format at the mentioned Directory.
