Go to Masters => MARG Setup => Self Format => Self Format window will be appear => here user enter password Today's Date in reverse format => Click on COVER NOTE =>Cover note window will be appear =>Default Format--"No"=>Select format as DMP/GUI as per user requirement => Select format => Then create format.
