• Firstly, the user needs to press 'CTRL+J' on the sales book window.

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Report Manager'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Reports Manager' Window will appear.

• The user will select 'Sales Analysis'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Sales Analysis' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Misc. Sales Reports’. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Misc. Reports' window will appear in which the user will select 'Sales Statement W/O Item'.

• A 'Sales Statement' window will appear.

• The user will enter the date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘View’ or ‘Print’ as per the requirement.

• Suppose select ‘View’.

After following the above steps, the user will switch over to Sales Statement W/O Item report.
