There are many reports under 'Sale Analysis' report.

Suppose: The user needs to switch over to Sale Return Against Return bill Report from the sale book.

• Firstly, the user needs to press CTRL+J on the sales book window to view the Sale Return Against Bill .

• A Switch Over window will appear.

• The user will select Report Manager. Press Enter.

• A Report Manager Window will appear.

• The user will select Sales Analysis. Press Enter.

• A Sale Analysis window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Misc. Sales Reports’. Press Enter.

• A Misc. Reports window will appear in which the user will select ‘Sales Return Against Bill.’.

• A Sales Statement window will appear.

• The user will feed date range and select other options as per the requirement.  

• Then click on ‘View’ or ‘Print’ as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select ‘View’.

After following the above steps user will switch over to the Sale Statement with item report.
