There are many reports under the 'Sale Analysis tab'.

Suppose, the user needs to switch over to Free Receive Statement Report from the sale book.

• Firstly, the user needs to press CTRL+J on the sales book window to view the Free Receive Statement Report.

• A Switch Over window will appear.

• The user will select Report Manager. Press Enter.

• A Reports Manager Window will appear.

• The user will select the Purchase Analysis. Press Enter.

• A Purchase Reports window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Misc. Purchase Reports >>>’. Press Enter.

• A Misc. Reports window will appear in which the user will select Free Receive Statement .

• Now, a Free Analysis window will appear.

• The user will enter the date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘View'.

After following the above steps the user can view the Free Receive Statement Report.
