There are many reports under the 'Sale Analysis tab'.

Suppose, the user needs to switch over to Company wise purchase Report from the sale book.

• Firstly, the user needs to press CTRL+J on the sales book window to view the Company wise purchase Report.

• A Switch Over window will appear.

• The user will select Report Manager. Press Enter.

• A Reports Manager Window will appear.

• The user will select the Purchase Analysis. Press Enter.

• A Purchase Reports window will appear.

• The user will select 'Company Wise Purchase’. Press Enter.

• A Select Company window will appear.

• Select the companies as per the requirement.

Note : A single company can be selected by space bar or (+) key  and all companies can be selected by Asterisk (*) key.

• Now, a company wise purchase window will appear.

• The user will enter the date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘View'.

After following the above steps the user can view the Company wise purchase Report.
