There are many reports under the 'Sale Analysis tab'.

Suppose, the user needs to switch over to  Party wise Purchase Report from the sale book.

• Firstly, the user needs to press CTRL+J on the sales book window to view the  Party wise Purchase Report.

• A Switch Over window will appear.

• The user will select Report Manager. Press Enter.

• A Reports Manager Window will appear.

• The user will select the Purchase Analysis. Press Enter.

• A Purchase Reports window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Party Wise Purchase >>>’. Press Enter.

• A Party Purchase window will appear in which the user will select 'Party Wise Purchase'.

• Now, a Party Purchase Book window will appear.

• The user will enter the date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘Accept'.

After following the above steps the user can view the  Party wise Purchase Report.
