• Firstly, the user needs to press 'CTRL+J' on the sales book window to view the M.R. wise sale Report .

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Report Manager'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Reports Manager' Window will appear.

• The user will select 'Purchase Analysis'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Purchase Reports' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘P/R,BRK,Rep/###,other’. Press 'Enter'.

• The user will select 'Monthly  ### Items report' .

• A 'Monthly Adjustment Report' window will appear.

• The user will enter the date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Monthly ### item purchase Report.
