• Firstly, the user needs to press 'CTRL+J' on the 'Sales Book' window .

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Report Manager'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Reports Manager' Window will appear.

• The user will select 'Sales Analysis'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Sales Analysis' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Company wise sales’. Press 'Enter'.

• The user will select 'Company wise sales'.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the company as per the requirement.

Note: Single Company can be selected by space bar or plus (+) key & all can be selected by Asterisk (*) key. 

• Now, a 'Company Wise Sales' window will appear.

• The user will enter the date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘View'.

After following the above steps, the user will switch over to the Area wise sale Report.
