• Firstly, the user needs to press 'CTRL+J' on the sales book window.

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Report Manager'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Reports Manager' Window will appear.

• The user will select 'Sales Analysis'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Sales Analysis' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Bank Statement (Stock Valu)’. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Bank Statement (Stock Valuation)' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Stock Valuation'.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select company as per the requirement.

Note : Single Company can be selected by Space bar or plus (+) key and all companies can be selected by Asterisk Key (*).

• A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.

• The user will select options as per the requirement and click on 'View'

After following the above steps, the user can switch over to the Bank Statement (Stock valuation) Report from Sale Book.
