• Firstly, the user needs to press 'CTRL+J' on the sales book window.

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Report Manager'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Reports Manager' Window will appear.

• The user will select 'Sales Analysis'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Sales Analysis' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘S/R,BRK,Rep/###,other’. Press 'Enter'.

• The user will select 'S/R,BRK,Rep & ###'  on bills.

• An 'Adjustment in Bill' window will appear.

• In 'S/R,BRK,Rep & ###', the user will select '###'.

• The user will enter the date range and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on ‘View'.

After following the above steps, the user can S/R,B/K,REP and ### on bills.
