• Firstly, the user needs to press 'CTRL+J' on the 'Sales Book' window .

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Report Manager'. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Report Manager' window will appears in which the user will select 'Inventory Report'.

• In next window user will select 'Party Special Dealings'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger whose special dealing report needs to be viewed.

• Now the user will select the options as per the requirement.

• The user will click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user will switch over to Party Special Dealing Report from sale book window.
