In Marg Software, the user can easily view the depreciation statement at the time of creating the sale bill by following the below steps:

• Firstly, the user will press 'Ctrl+J' key on 'Sale Entry' window.

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Report Manager'.

• A 'Reports Manager' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Accounts Reports'.

• A 'Reports Manager' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Depreciation Statement.

• A 'Depreciation Chart' window will appear. Press 'Alt+P' key on it.

• Then click on 'View/Excel/Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.
  

After following the above steps, the user can view the depreciation statement on sale entry window.
