• On the 'Item List' window, the user will press 'Ctrl+J' key .

• A 'Switch Over' window will be appear.

• The user will select 'Daily Report'.

• A 'Daily Reports' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Inventory Reports'.

• An 'Inventory Reports' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Dump Stock Report'.

• A 'Print' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Simple List/Columnar List' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Simple List'.

• A 'Report' window will appear.

• In 'As On Date' the user will mention the date upto which the report needs to be generate and select other option as per the user requirements.

• Then click on View/Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear where the user will select the companies as per the requirement.

Note: The user can select single company by pressing 'Spacebar' key or '+' key and all can be selected by Asterisk '*' key .

After following the above steps, the user can view Dump Stock Report on Item List window in Marg Software.

1. On the 'Item List' window, the user will press 'Ctrl+O' key .

2. A 'Filter Item' window will appear. In 'More Option', the user will select 'Yes'.

3. A 'More Option for Filter Item' window will appear.

4. In 'Dump Stock' option, the user will select the option as per the requirement and mention the days based on which the report needs to be viewed.

5. Press 'PageDown' key.

6. Now the user will click on 'Accept'.
