• Go to Stocks > Current Stock.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key to print the report.

• A 'Report' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Stock statement M. Col'.

• A 'Stock Statement M. Col' window will appear.

• In 'Name length', the user will mention length of the item name as per the requirement.Suppose mention '45'.

• In 'Barcode length', the user will mention length of the Barcode Number as per the requirement.Suppose mention '10'.

• In 'Print M.R.P', the user will select 'Yes'.

• In 'Print Rate', the user will select Rate-A from the dropdown.

• Then click on View/Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps the stock report along with item name, M.R.P, Rate-A & Barcode will get generated.
