In order to export item list in excel, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Stocks >> Current Stock.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear.

• Press 'Alt+P'.

• A 'Report' window will appear.

• Select 'Stock Statement'.

• Keep pressing 'Enter'.

• Now click on 'View'.

• The user can view item list will get displayed.

• Click on 'PDF' icon which display bottom of the screen.

• Click on 'PDF' tab to generate item list in PDF.

• Then a 'Printer Port' window will appear in which the user will select port as per the requirement from the drop down.

• Click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the item list will get generated in PDF format.
