Process to Ban Stock Menu User Wise

In order to ban stock menu user wise the user has to follow the certain steps:-

Firstly, Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

A Password & Authority window will appear.

Select the user to make changes. Then Press Enter.

A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

A Powers window will appear in which the user will search "Stock Register”.

Now click on ‘Accept’.

A Stock Register window will appear.

In ‘Stocks & Registers’ the user will set ‘N’.

The user will now press Esc key.

Again press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

A Pop-Up will appear “Powers Change” and then the user will press ESC key.

Press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’.

Now for Re- login the user will press Ctrl + U on the main screen.   

A Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password. 

A Change User window will appear in which the user will press ESC Key.

After following the above steps the user will go to the Stocks option.

Go to Stocks >> Current Stock/Filtered stock etc. (as shown below)

Now, the user can view the all stock reports are ban for the selected user.
