• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Dispatch Summary.

• A 'Dispatch Summary' window will appear.
• In 'Date From', the user feed date range as per the requirement.
• In 'Type', the user will select 'Stock Less'. 

• The user will select other options as per the requirement.
• Click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Dispatch Summary' window will appear.
• The user will select the bills which needs to be convert in PDF.

Note: A Single bill can be selected by space bar or plus (+) key & all can be selected by Asterisk (*) key.

• Then press 'F6' key on it.

• A 'Reports' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Save PDF File'.

• A 'Save' window will appear.
• In next window user will select the PDF file should be save party wise or save all in one PDF.
• Suppose select 'Save party wise PDF'.

• A 'Printing Port' window will appear.
• The user will select port as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'LPT1'. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Save In File' window will appear in which the user can view the path where the exported PDF file will save.
• Click on 'Accept'.

After following the above steps, the user can export Multiple Stock Issue entries into PDF format in Marg Software.
