Overview: In Marg Software the user can easily view the report of pending Challan which is used to analyze the status of those challan which are still in pending means the challan which are not converted into bill yet.

In order to view pending purchase challan follow the given steps:

• Go to Daily reports > Daily working > Pending Challan.

• A Pending Challan window will appear.

• In ‘Type’ user will select “Purchase”.

• Now feed date range as per the requirement.

• After that change Print status option to “All” and selected party to “Yes”.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A Select Party window will appear.

• Then select party by pressing space bar or Plus (+) key.

• A Print Report window will appear.

• Now Select Format as per the requirement.

• Select the option of View or Print as per the requirement after that the report of pending purchase Challan will generate.
