In Marg Software, if while viewing the Stock and Sale analysis report Current year Opening does not match with the Last Year Closing then it can be resolved easily.

Cause:

This issue appears when the opening and Closing values are generated based on different Rates in both Years.

• The user can view the Closing of Last year as '1424.80'.

• In Current Year Opening is showing as '1165'.

In order to match the Current year's Opening with Last Year's Closing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• While viewing Stock and Sale Analysis, in the 'Transaction only' option, the user will select 'No'.

• In 'More Option', the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now in 'Open & Closing Value on', select the rate based on which closing was viewed Last Year.
• Suppose select 'Extra+Cost' and press 'PageDown' key.

• Click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Current Year Opening will get matched with Last Year Closing of Stock and Sale in Marg Software.
