• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working >  Stock & Sales Analysis.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select the Company as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• A 'Stock & Sales Analysis' window will appear.

• The user will feed date range as per the requirement.

• In ‘More Options’, the user will select 'Yes'.

A 'Control Box' window will appear in which the user will set below option as same:

a. In ‘Sales Value on’, the user will select 'Purc. Rate'.

b. In ‘Purchase Value on’, the user will select 'Purc. Rate'.

c. In ‘Open & Closing Value on’, the user will select 'Purc. Rate'.

d. In ‘Sale Cost on’, the user will select 'Purc. Rate'.

Press 'PageDown' key from the keyboard.

• Now, the user will select other options according to the requirement.

• Click on View/Print as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the Closing Stock will calculate as Sale Rate- Purchase Rate in Stock & Sales Analysis Report.

Suppose Sale Rate of Item Rs.100, Purchase Rate Rs.10.

Closing Stock will be calculate as (Sale Rate-Purch. Rate),(100-10)= Rs. 90.
