Process To Print Small Unit in Dispatch Summary In Marg Software

PROCESS TO DESIGN DISPATCH SUMMARY FORMAT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > MARG Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Dispatch Summary'.

• A 'Format Setup' window will appear.

• In ‘Format Name’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'SL'.

• The user can mention the description of format as per the requirement.
• Suppose skip it and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will select 'Format'.

• Now select 'Item Detail Column 1'.

• To print Item Name Command mention '<SB_NAME,45>'.

• Now the user will mention the separater '|'.

• Now to print Second Unit Qty of Items, the user will mention the command '<SB_QTY-(SB_BAGS*PRO.PACK),8,2>'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save changes.

PROCESS TO PRINT SMALL UNIT IN DISPATCH SUMMARY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• The user can view Item Second Unit in Sale Bill.

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Search & Print Bill.

• A 'Search & Print Bill' window will appear.
• The user will mention the date range and select other options as per the requirement.
• In 'Format 1-6/D/Self', the user will select 'S'.

• Now mention 'Format Name' and click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Search & Print' window will appear.
• The user will press '+' key to select the bill.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Area or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Area. 

• Press 'F6' key.

• A 'Reports' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Dispatch Summary'.

• Now click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.
• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Dispatch Summary in Second Unit in Marg Software.
