In Marg Software, if the user needs to Export Multiple Purchase Bill in Excel format then it can be done easily.

In order to Export Multiple Purchase Bill in Excel format, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: Firstly the user needs to Set Export Format in Party Other Detail.

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working> Multi bill/Other Printing.

• A 'Multi Bill Printing' window will appear.
• In 'Type' option, the user will select 'Purchase'.

• In 'Print' option, the user will select 'Invoice'.

• In 'Date' option, the user will select month or mention date range as per the requirement.
• Suppose select month 'May'.

In 'Print Status' option, the user will select option as per the requirement.

a. Not Printed: Select option if needs to export bill which are not printed.

b. Print>: Select option if needs to export bill which already printed.

c. All: Select option if needs to export both printed or not printed bill .

• The user will select options as per the requirement.
• Click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Multi Bill Printing' window will appear.

•  The user can view bill on the basis of selected criteria.

• The user will select bill which needs to be export in excel.
• Suppose press '*' key to select all bills.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular bill or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All bill. 

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' or 'F6' key.

• A 'Reports' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Save Soft Copy'.

• A 'Soft Copy' window will appear.
• In 'File', option the software will auto pick the path or the user can also change it as per the requirement.
• Click on 'Accept'.

• The user can view list of all purchase bill will get export in Excel.

After following the above steps, the user can Export Mulitple Pruchase Bill in Excel Format in Marg Software.
