How to Export Multiple Sale Order into Excel Format in Marg Software ?

With the help of 'Multi Printing' option in Marg Software, the user can save the multiple sale, purchase, sale order etc. into Excel, CSV and PDF Format as per the requirement.

In order to export Multiple Sale Orders into Excel Format, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Search in all'.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Export'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Export Format' window will appear.
  • In 'Export Order in Format option, the user will select 'Excel'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • After following the above steps, Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Multi Bill/Other Printing.

  • A 'Multi Bill Printing' window will appear.
  • In 'Type' option, the user will select the 'Sale Order'.

  • Then select 'Custom' from the drop down and then enter the date range.
  • Suppose mention '01-05-2021' and 17-05-2021'.

  • Now in 'Print Status' option, the user will select 'All'.
  • Then click on 'Accept'.

  • Again a 'Multi Bill Printing' window will appear in which the user will select the sale order.

Note : Single sale order can be selected by plus (+) or space bar key and multiple can be selected by Asterisk (*) key .

  • Then press 'F6' key on it.

  • A 'Reports' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Save Soft Copy'.

  • A 'Softcopy' window will appear.
  • In 'File Name', the user can view the path of the file where the exported excel file will get saved and it can also be edited (If needed).
  • Click on 'Accept'.

After following the above steps, the selected Sale Orders will get saved in Excel Format.
