With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily convert the multiple challans into bills at once. This option saves the lot of time of the user to convert each and every challan separately.

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Challan To Bill.

• A 'Challans to Bills' window will appear.

• In 'Type', the user will select Sale, Purchase, Sale return etc. according to requirement.

• Suppose select 'Sale'.

• Now, the user feed date range .

• The user will select other filters as per the requirement.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Challans to Bill' window will appear.

• The selected date all challan entries will appear .

• The user will select the challans that needs to be converted in Bills.

Note : Single challan can be selected by 'Spacebar' or plus (+) key and All can be selected by asterisk (*) key.

• Then the user will press 'F6' key.

• In next window, the user will select the options as per the requirement and type 'SURE' to convert selected challan into bill and press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, user can  view that the selected challans will get converted into sale bill.
