• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Dispatch Summary.

• A 'Dispatch Summary' window will appear.

• The user will feed Date range and In 'Type' the user will select 'Price diff. Cr'.

• Now the user will select other filter options as per the user requirement.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Dispatch Summary' window will appear.

•  The user will select the bills as per the requirement.

Note: A Single bill can be selected by pressing plus (+) or space bar key on it & all can be selected Asterisk Key (*)

• The user will press 'ALT+P' or 'F6' key.

• A 'Reports' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Dispatch Summary'.

• In next window user will click on View/Excel/Print as per the user requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the dispatch summary of  Price diff. Credit Note will get generated.
