How to View Stock & Sales Report With Purchase Details

  Stock and sales analysis report is basically used for viewing the report related to stock (opening & closing) with sales. For that the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Daily Reports > Fast SMS/Email Reports > Stock and Sales Analysis.Press Enter.

• Then select the date range that from which date till which date the user needs to view the report from software. 

• A Stock & Sales window will appear.

• In 'Attachment', the user will select 'Purchase'. 

• The user will select 'View/Excel/Excel/Email etc as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select 'View'.

• In next window, Select the company of which report needs to be generated. The user can only select a single company at one time.

• It will take very less time to generate and in meanwhile this processing window will appear.

In next window, the user can view the statement as required with the columns of opening, closing, sale and purchase.
