In Marg Software if the user needs to Generate order on the Bases of Shortage then it can be done easily.

Suppose in Shortage Report Item 'Amifru 40' have the shortage of '10' Qty.

In order to Generate Re-Order on Shortage  Bases, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Re-order Management.

• A 'Re-Order On Sales Bases' window  will be appear.

• In 'Generate Reorder/Expiry' option the user will select 'Re-Order'.

In 'Select Supplier',  the user will select option as per the requirement.

a. Auto: Select the option if needs to set software auto select the Supplier as mentioned in Items.

b. Manual: Select the option if needs to select the Supplier Manually.

c. Selected: Select the option if needs to Generate Re-order for selected Supplier.

Suppose select 'Auto'.

• In 'Reorder Bases On', the user will select 'Shortage Bases'.

• In 'Re-Order as on Date', the user will mention the Date on which order needs to generate.

• Suppose mention '31-01-2023' and click on 'Generate'.

• An 'As On Sales Bases' window will appear.

• The user can view the Item 'Amifru 40', press 'ESC' key in order to generate Re-Order.

• A 'Save' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Generate Purchase Order'.

• A 'Generate Purchase Order' window will appear.

• In 'Split & Save Order in Parts', the user will mention the No. of order in which Order needs to Split.

• Suppose mention '1'.

• A Marg ERP 9+ alert will appear. 

• The user will click on 'Generate'.

• A 'Purchase Order Entry' window will appear.

• The user can view item with the shortage Qty will get auto load.

• Now, the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the Order.

After following the above steps, the user can Generate Re-Order on the Bases of Shortage in Marg Software.
