Note:-This process not working in Licence version so if user wants to import data through prg so then user needs to download trail version.

In order to import Busy data through PRG File user perform the below mention steps:-

1. Go to Reports > Management Report > Data Transfer Utility > Data Transfer Programming > A Attention window will appear then the user will click on Ok for continue.

2. In next window the user will click on Download latest transfer commands > A Software Company window will appear > Software---"BUSY" and then press enter key.

3. Then Busy prg. file will appear > Press enter > Then a commands window will appear then the user will press Ctrl+W from the keyboard.

4. Thereafter, a data transfer utility window will appear > Click on Start Importing Data > A Busy To Marg import data window appears > Press enter and select Master----"Select" > File selection window will appear then user will select file which user wants to import and click on Select > Same process user have to follow to import Transaction file.

5. Then click on Okay for import data > A directory window will appear user have to close the window.

6. After following this process Busy data will imported into Marg Software.
