How to Import Ledger Master without balance from Tally Software ?

• Go to Report > Management Report > Utilities > Data Import/Export > Tally/Busy Export /Import.

• A 'Tally & Busy Import/Export' window will be appear.

• The user will select Tally software version as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Tally 9 Import/Export and Click on 'Okay'.

• A 'Tally Import/Export' window will appear.

• In 'Import/Export', the user will select 'Import from Tally'.

• In 'Import option', the user will select 'Masters w/o Balance'.

• Now, click on 'Browse'.

• A 'Select the Master XML File' window will appear.

• The user will select the file location which needs to be import and click on 'Select'.

• Suppose in our case the file is on 'Desktop'.

• The user will now click on 'Proceed'.

• A Pop-up of 'Please wait Importing Masters' will appear.

After following the above steps, the Ledger Master without Balance will get Import.
