At the time of exporting and importing Product in Marg Software shows an alert "You are not authorised" ?

In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of exporting and importing Product software displays an alert "Sorry you are not authorised to use this option" then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this alert, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

  • Password & Authority window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press Enter.

  • A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • Powers window will appear in which the user will search 'Export' .
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • An Export window will appear.
  • In 'Edit after Export/Importoption,user will select 'Y'.
  • In 'Data Import/Export/Y-Both/Nooption,user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press Esc key.

  • Again press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press ESC key.

  • Again Press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now in order to Re- login, the user will press Ctrl + U on the main screen of the software

  • Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • Change User window will appear in which the user will press ESC Key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily export and import product in Marg Software.
