Process to Take Backup in Tally ERP for Transferring in Marg ERP Software

• Press 'Alt+F3' key to select Company in Tally ERP.

• The user will select the Company in which Backup needs to be taken.
• Suppose select 'Ganesh Pandit' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Backup' option.

• The user can view the Destination of the Backup and select the Company.
• In 'Name of the Company' option, the user will enter the Name of Backup of File.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Backup of Tally ERP will be saved in desired Location.

Process to Restore Backup in Tally ERP for Transferring in Marg ERP Software

Note: Before Importing a Backup in Tally Software, the user must ensure that No Company with the Same Name or Company Code already exists in the software.

• Press 'Alt+F2' key to select Company in Tally ERP.

• The user will enter the Company to Restore the Backup.
• Then, the user will click on 'Restore' button.

• The user can view that Destination will auto pick according to Bakcup File.
• Now, the user will select the Name of Company.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Backup will get restored in Tally ERP for Transferring in Marg ERP Software.
